The San Bernardino pass along with the Splügen Pass and Alpe Motta will close the curtain on the great climbs of the 2021 edition of the Giro d’Italia. The last long cavalcade across the Swiss border and into Valchiavenna should render the final verdict in the overall rankings, barring a spectacular turnaround during the last time trial in Milan.
